There will also be a further opportunity for 60 participants to complete a 5-day Facilitators’ Learning programme. Completion of this 5-day course will enable participants to support others in the use of the WRAP approach by delivering the two day recovery programme.

To access the five day Facilitators’ programme, applicants will need to have completed Stage One of the Education Programme and demonstrate how they have used the WRAP approach since completing the Stage One, 2 day Recovery Workshops.* They will also be required to provide evidence as to how they will roll out their new Facilitator knowledge and skills to help other people develop their own WRAP.

Hi Kieran, Perhaps we met yesterday? I am sorry to read your comments. Having listened yesterday, did you hear any tools that might help you? I think that i understood from the talking that WRAP offers a way of going about seeking improvements, that may not be immediate, but that being in your control can be what you need.
Other than anti depressants, what have you tried? Perhaps finding someone good to talk through your options with might be an idea? Anxiety and fear and depression and panic all thrive in silence and loneliness, in my experience. Take care, Cathy
